What Our Policy Covers
Eligible for return within 14 days of delivery (per tracking):
- Manufacturer defects
- Dead on arrival (DOA) items
- Incorrect items received

We cannot accept returns of opened or used products unless defective, for safety and hygiene reasons.
Return Shipping
- Customers pay return shipping unless item was DOA or incorrect.
- In eligible cases, a prepaid label will be provided.
- All returns must be approved within 14 days of delivery.
How to Request a Return

- Order Number
- Reason for Return (photos or video may be required)
Processing
- Confirmed defective items → replacement sent (if available).
- If unavailable → store credit or refund to original payment method.
- If functional → may be returned to you or store credit issued.
