Domestic Shipping

Orders placed before 5:30 PM EST (Mon–Fri) usually ship the same business day. Orders placed after 5:30 PM or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day. During high-volume periods, processing may take up to 2 business days.

Tracking details will be emailed as soon as your order is packed. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.


Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only within the United States. P.O. boxes, APO/FPO, and military addresses are not eligible. Certain state laws may restrict the shipping of vape products.


Carrier Issues

PoweredByLostMary.com is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or tracking errors caused by carriers. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly and retain all packaging/items for the claims process.


Return & Refund Policy

If you receive a defective item (not damaged due to misuse), you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.


Covered by Policy

  • Manufacturer defects
  • Items dead on arrival (DOA)
  • Incorrect items received

Items damaged by misuse or improper care are not covered.


Health & Safety

To protect all customers, opened or used products cannot be returned unless defective. This ensures all items remain hygienic and uncontaminated.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was DOA or incorrect. In those cases, we will provide a prepaid return label. All returns must be approved by customer service before being shipped.

  • Reason for Return

Photos or video proof may be requested. If approved, our team will provide return instructions.


Processing

  • Defective items will be replaced at no charge (subject to availability).
  • If replacements are unavailable, store credit or a refund will be issued.
  • Fully functional items may be returned to you or credited at our discretion.

Please allow up to 10 business days for processing once your return is received, plus 1–2 billing cycles for refunds to appear.
